Each OBX Housing Tenant is eligible to win once per year. Online payments can be set up to automatically draft each month on the date you pick or you can set it up each month on the date of your choosing. It is a convenient, quick way to pay. Making your monthly rent payment online also eliminates you having to drive to the office in the OBX summer traffic!
