First level of the home hosts the Living area; Dining area; Kitchen with all standard appliances; 1 bedroom and 1 bath are also located on lst level. 2nd level offers 2 bedrooms with adjoining bathroom. Master on this level also has access to an open sun deck. This home is a NO SMOKING property but will permit ONE DOG** provided previous Landlord referenced, Vet records and additional non refundable pet fee is paid. Security Deposit is typically equal to one month’s rent but may be more based on credit and background check.
**This is dependent on the home owners insurance company. Most of our homes accept dogs only with the exception of Pit Bull, Doberman, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Akita, Chow, Presa Canario, Wolf, American Bulldog, Beauceron, Caucasian Mountain Dog, Great Dane, Keeshond, Stafford Terrier, or any other dog having a previous display of vicious propensity. In all cases the home owner has the final say on any pet being accepted.
