OBX Housing is accepting new listings for our Long Term Management Program and is willing to pay your firm a Referral Fee. All you need to do is to refer a Property Owner (who is not currently in our program) to list their home in our 12 month Long Term Property Management program and we will immediately pay your firm a $500 Referral Fee.
OBX Housing manages 70 properties from Duck to Nags Head. If you have clients or friends looking for long term rentals, you can refer them to our office or website where they can sign up to receive “Home Alerts” when new properties come on the rental market.
